Our Services Include:

  • Heat pump / Air conditioner: Check thermostat operation, inspect air filter, adjust and tighten blower components, check and tighten electrical connections, check cleanliness of coils, inspect condensate drain, check air flow and temperature drop, measure amp draw on compressors and motors, check operating pressures, and test safety controls
  • Gas or electric furnaces and boilers: Check thermostat operation, inspect air filter, adjust and tighten blower components, check and tighten electrical connections, check air flow and temperature rise, test safety controls, check and adjust gas pressure, clean flame sensor, clean pilot, inspect flue pipe, perform combustion analysis, visual check for heat exchanger cracks
  • Fuel oil furnace and boilers: Includes above and replace oil nozzle, replace oil filter, clean and adjust electrodes, inspect combustion chamber
  • Electronic air cleaner: Clean pre-filters, inspect cells, ionizing wires and insulators
  • Humidifier: Clean unit, replace water panel, inspect solenoid valve and orifice
  • U.V. light: Replace light and inspect unit
